We hold the position of rational veganism. We are based on the knowledge of the latest science. We try to dispel myths and promote a rational approach to plant-based diets.
Through our activities, we strive to make veganism common, normal, common and affordable.

The whole veganka.cz project (website, video cookbook, lectures, publishing materials and more) works non-profitably, on the DIY principle. All participants participate in it free of charge, without the right to any reward, in their free time.
If the ideas of veganism are close to you and you would like to support their dissemination in accordance with our approach, you can participate in the veganka.cz project in several ways. We don't want money for you - we offer the opportunity to get actively involved.

Plant-based fairs and events are now in their 10th year under the Vegan Fighter – Vegan Future Events brand. Each year we welcome over 10,000 visitors, come and be inspired as well!
Open Eyes is an association striving to improve the position of animals in society through the support and promotion of veganism.
The association operates on a purely voluntary basis and has no employees, its activities are mainly financed by donations from small contributors from among individual supporters.
The association operates in Prague, but publishes and distributes printed materials throughout the Czechia and Slovakia.
Other core activities of the association include, for example, regular public events such as free vegan food tastings, World Livestock Day, information stands at festivals, etc., various campaigns such as End of Eggs, White Minus, Dairy-Free Challenge or Christmas without violence.

Our goal is to change people's relationship with animals. We strive to change the view of animals so that they are perceived as creatures that have value in themselves. We believe that their treatment should not be judged according to their potential benefit to humans.
We comment on draft laws and decrees concerning animal protection, we make favorable proposals from the point of view of animal protection, we negotiate with authorities, we participate in administrative proceedings, we organize petitions, demonstrations, lectures, etc.
We award international certificates Human Cosmetic Standard (HCS) and Human Household Appliance Standard (HHPS) to Czech and Slovak companies that meet the given criteria.
We award the Fur-Free Trade certificate to traders who choose not to sell genuine furs.
